Abstract Myoepithelial carcinoma is a morphologically diverse tumor which either arises de novo or from the malignant transformation of its benign counterpart i.e. myoepithelioma. These are relatively lesser known entities and rarely found in head neck region. Although rare, their first presentation usually painless growing mass as seen our case well infamous for lymph node recurrence distant metastasis. Due to clinical varied morphology these become tedious diagnose pose difficulty surgeon when presented at later date due effect on adjacent vital structures. We report myoepithelial region arising nasal cavity, it’s organs diagnosis treatment plan render patient free this tumor, preservation vision keeping bay.
